Items are posted from the United Kingdom. The buyer is responsible for any import duties.

All items are posted with appropriate tracking and will need a signature on reciept.

All items are posted with appropriate insurance and valuation on customs documents.

We generally do not offer returns on vintage items, although may do in exceptional circumstances at our discretion. If we do allow a return, it will always be subject to a restocking fee. Please make sure you know what you are buying and whether it will fit your instrument. Items are not sold for you to 'have a look at'. We are happy to take measurements, supply additional photographs and give advice. If in any doubt, please do your research and talk to us before you make your purchase.
